  • Due to product hygiene and Safe Handling FDA concerns, DIY FRESH items are FINAL SALE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • For all defective products, DIY COOKINGS will issue a 100% Money Back Guarantee eligible for 2 weeks upon the delivery date. Elite rewards members have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. (DIY FRESH items EXCLUDED)
  • For any order inquiry, you must include a valid original purchase order number from DIY COOKINGS.COM. Purchases made outside of DIYCOOKINGS.COM must contact the respective seller for returns.
  • Returned products must be in their original packaging.
  • Customer will be given a Product Refund—shipping fee will not be refunded.

* Promotional Gift Items: All promotional gift items are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, or Warranties.

* Bundle Items: To receive a refund, you must return all items within the bundle. Whatever discounted bundled items are not returned, will convert into a full price purchase, and the order will be refunded accordingly.

  2. Choose the item(s) you wish to return, and enter the explanation of the defective issues

    3. Within the next Business day or two, you should receive an email response from our support team to further assist and resolve the issue as soon as possible
