Fresh Japanese Baby Scallop Fully Cooked

I recently purchased a pack of scallops and whipped up a delightful bibimguksu(비빔국수) dish. The scallops were absolutely divine. After thawing them slightly, I popped them in the microwave for 10 seconds and savored every bite. The texture was incredibly tender, chewy, and satisfying. I'll definitely be adding these to my shopping list for next time.
